Louisa Hart Therapy

Louisa Hart is a dedicated youth therapist with a unique perspective shaped by her own experiences growing up with dyslexia and ADHD as a child, and as an adult has learnt to see these difficulties as a superpower.

Louisa is a mother of two teenage children and has had 18 years of experience working with children and young people as a drama teacher, both vocationally and in schools. Louisa witnessed first-hand the difficulties many youths encounter in their daily lives. Motivated by a desire to make a difference, Louisa is a qualified NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist and drama therapist. Louisa creates a safe and nurturing non-judgmental space and runs group wellness sessions aimed to ease anxitey to boost the physical and mental health of her students.

Small group sessions from £65 per month.
